  1. Turn on the saute program of your Instant Pot and add vegetable oil to the pot. Cook flank steak, finely sliced against the grain, until browned. Avoid over-crowding the pot.
  2. Turn off the saute mode and remove the beef to prevent further cooking.
  3. Combine:
    • Ginger
    • Garlic
    • Onion powder
    • Crushed chili pepper
    • Beef broth
    • Coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons of fish sauce (depending on your taste)
    Add the mixture to the pot, then re-add the beef, and stir.
  4. Add the lid back to the Instant Pot and lock it in place. Set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
